Reflection Condos – St. Petersburg, FL

Reflection St. Pete is an 18-story condominium tower located at 777 3rd Avenue North in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. Completed in 2024, this modern architectural landmark overlooks Mirror Lake and offers 88 luxury residences with floor plans ranging from one to three bedrooms. Residents enjoy a 12,000-square-foot rooftop oasis, featuring a resort-style pool, spa, fitness center, and social club, all with panoramic views of the St. Petersburg skyline and Tampa Bay. The building’s prime location provides easy access to the vibrant urban lifestyle of St. Petersburg.

Seamless Coordination for a Standout Feature

Collaboration with KAST Construction, the General Contractor, was key to our success. One of the building’s standout features is the reverse-illuminated channel letters in each elevator lobby, prominently displaying the floor number. By bringing Baron in early—before drywall installation—KAST enabled us to coordinate with the electrical and drywall contractors, ensuring low-voltage wiring was stubbed out at the installation points. This early planning allowed us to mount the letters directly to the drywall, eliminating the need for a wireway to house electrical components.

All power supplies are housed in a nearby electrical room on each floor, ensuring easy access for future maintenance. This project exemplifies how proactive coordination results in seamless integration and long-term serviceability.

Unique Unit Signs

The unit signs in this project are truly one-of-a-kind. Each unit features a wood accent corner piece outside the door, custom-designed by the wood mill subcontractor. To seamlessly integrate signage, the wood mill pre-cut a space in each accent piece to accommodate a wraparound unit sign.

We fabricated an aluminum frame to outline the cutout, then installed flat-cut aluminum numbers on the wall-facing side, visible from the hallway. However, since this placement was too far from the unit door, we also installed a small, ADA-compliant unit sign in the appropriate location to meet accessibility requirements.
