Baron Sign Manufacturing is in the process of completing The Estates at Acqualina, a multi-family project located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Baron’s scope of work includes design, permitting, fabricating, and installation of the high-end signage package along with the exterior awnings. Once completed, Baron will have fabricated and installed over 3300 signs into these high-rises.
Signage Highlights:
- ADA interior signs have an onyx insert and polished Stainless-Steel frames.
- Illuminated cabinets with flex faces will line the bottom floor of the Villa.
- Flat Cut Out letters made from 316 Stainless-Steel will be installed in various water features throughout the property.
- Engraved travertine with painted text will display the Pool and Spa rules.
- Reverse Illuminated Channel Letters will display the Estates name along with the Greek-inspired restaurant Avra on the cast stone entrance monuments.
